How to Use

After cleansing and toning, apply a pea-sized amount of Paula’s Choice Clinical 1% Retinol Treatment evenly over the face, avoiding the lips, direct eye area, eyelids, and corners of the eyes. Follow with a moisturizer.

Start by using it up to 3 nights per week, then gradually increase to every other night and eventually nightly as tolerated. Use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher during the daytime.

Note: This is a high-strength 1% Retinol treatment. Patch testing is recommended, and new retinol users should introduce it gradually. If significant redness, dryness, or irritation occurs, reduce frequency or discontinue use. Retinol is generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
